Metrohm AG of Herisau, Switzerland has announced the acquisition of the Spectroscopy Solutions Business of US firm B&W Tek along with several subsidiaries.
President and CEO of Metrohm AG, Dr. Christoph Fässler said, “We are pleased to strengthen our product portfolio in spectroscopy by the acquisition of B&W Tek’s R&D, production and sales organizations.”
