I’ve been working in commercial settings for over 30 years. Starting in UK Sales I later moved into international roles, then into sales and marketing management and ultimately into general management working at Director level. Throughout my career I’ve been motivated by making a positive impact and driving business growth. So late in 2011 I decided to establish Insight so that I might help others to improve business performance and progress their careers. 

I have a track record in generating new business, I’ve repositioned companies and business units, created and launched company and product brands, established sales and marketing functions from the ground up, built and managed distribution networks in global markets, established wholly owned subsidiaries in Europe and Asia and implemented market penetration strategies in North America.
