At the organisational level, engagement is a real issue for business. Globally, only 23% of employees consider themselves actively engaged at work. The majority of employees are ‘quiet quitting’ while 18% globally are ‘actively disengaged.’ The loss in productivity is estimated at $9 Billion per annum.

Program Overview
Step 1 – The Brief
We meet to discuss the size and scope of the business and to explore your objectives from the program. We’ll cover areas such as the number of employees, the teams they form and who they report into. Any current challenges will be looked at and questions around culture, mission and purpose will be covered.
Step 2 – Internal Communication
Working with the leadership team, we will develop internal communications to inform employees of the why, how and when of the program. We want to ensure everyone is fully informed and recognises the benefits of the program at the individual, team and organisational levels.
Step 3 – Data Collection
We email a link to all employees directing them to the Motivational Map questionnaire and collect all the data as the questionnaires are completed. Shortly after completion, each employee will receive an electronic copy of their individual Motivational Map.
Step 4 – Data Analysis
We compile Motivational Maps for all teams and the organisation as a whole. We evaluate the data and prepare reports for presentation to team leaders and the senior leadership team and/or the CEO/Managing Director.
Step 5 – Data Presentation
This step is always tailored to your specific needs, but typically involves; Workshops on motivation to ensure all employees fully understand their ‘maps,’ one-on-one meetings with team leaders to explore the findings from their team maps and a meeting with the leadership team to take a holistic view of all the data and its implications. Step 5 also includes a detailed examination of reward strategies to ensure motivation is either improved or maintained as appropriate.
What to Expect
At the end of this program the leadership team will have a data driven and detailed understanding of motivation and engagement throughout the organisation. You’ll have a whole new language around motivation that facilitates more meaningful conversations at work that focus on individual motivators and how they can be met. You’ll also have the data you need to maintain and/or improve motivation which will lead to better productivity, lower staff turnover and put simply, a better place to work.
