New Vacancy – Field Sales Engineer

Our client is a global, technology lead company, specialising in the supply of high precision positioning systems. The Field Sales Engineer will be part of a strong and successful sales and technical support team and will have responsibility for liaising with University and Research customers on all aspects of the product range.  The role will involve customer visits, presentations, equipment demonstrations as well as the preparation of quotations. This is a technically challenging and rewarding field sales role which requires a flexible approach to working and a willingness to travel in the UK and Ireland. A good basic salary plus sales related bonus will be payable.  Benefits include company car, private medical insurance and membership of a Company Pension Plan. Previous experience in a sales role is required for this position.  Applicants will have a strong technical background, to graduate level or equivalent in physics or an engineering discipline.
