German metrology company Mahr (Göttingen, Germany) have announced a cooperation agreement with NanoFocus (Oberhausen, Germany) that will see Mahr offering confocal microscopes under the “MahrSurf CM” brand. The new system will be formally introduced at the Control Exhibition in Stuttgart at the end of April.
Ulrich Kaspar, Managing Director at Mahr said, “NanoFocus has been the technology leader in confocal, optical 3D surface metrology for more than twenty years and has a high level of innovation. That’s why NanoFocus is the right partner for us.”
